"We can be anything we want to be".....LOL!

I have always told my kids they can be anything they want to be......  and the story goes like this.......

I made one of my very gourmet dinners of Sloppy Joes in which the kids love to add shredded cheese.  I grab the bag from the fridge and begin to open it as Jesse reads from the bag "MEXICAN???" (it is the Mexican blend and is printed across the bag in huge letters).  Jesse says "Mom, that is Mexican cheese!"  and I reply back jokingly "Yes, Jesse...  we are Mexicans".  He says "No Mom, we are Americans".......   Josie pipes up as serious as all get out and says  "Well, we can be anything we want to be!"    I loved it and had to share.
