Thanksgiving 2009

Zachs parents and Grandma Bowden came to our house in Centerfield to Celebrate Thanksgiving this year. We had a lot of fun in the kitchen preparing the meal together as a family. Even the guys helped cook....I know...WOW!!! It was fun to listen to the music and dance as we bumped into each other. It was good company even though dinner took forever to cook because the oven got turned off without anybody knowing. OOooooops!!! The kids made Jello from a recipe that was in one of Zanes books. It had gummy worms in the bottom and whip cream and Crushed Oreo cookies on the top (dirt). It was very interesting, and the kids felt good that they got to help with preparing dinner. Terry and Grandma Bow brought old slides to watch on the big screen from the projector. It was a lot of fun to see pictures of the family along time ago. Thanks everybody for coming and making it a wonderful holiday.
