Grandma Gorham came to visit us for Macie's Baptism. She brought stuff to make some yummy cookies. Macie had a good time helping her.

Just want to let these 2 women in my life (and the whole rest of the world) know how much they mean to me. They are always there for me when I need to be picked up. They can read me like a book and they know when I am okay and when I am not. They ALWAYS know what to say and do to make me feel better and put a smile on my face. They ALWAYS have my back no matter what the situation may be and they never ever judge me. I dont know what I did to ever deserve them, but I have been truely blessed to have them in my life. I have the greatest family ever!!!!!

Macie Ann's Baptism - March 5th 2011

Nothing could have been more perfect for Little Macie Anner on her baptism day. She was on cloud nine. Thanks to all the family and friends who attended and to all of those who helped make her day the best one ever! We are all so proud of her for taking this step and making the decision to be Baptised a Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

My mom found this print to go with the poem that I wrote for Macie. Thanks mom, It fit perfectly.

In His Loving Arms

To Macie Ann on your baptism day

In the times before we can remember,

Before you came to this beautiful earth,

You danced up in the heavens,

It was only he who knew your worth.

I'm sure he held you in his arms,

As you squeezed his finger tight.

He was the first to get to know you,

He loved you with all his might.

He knew that for you to progress and grow,

You'd have to leave for a short time.

He kissed your head and wished you well,

Trusting that you'd be taught to make the climb.

You grew from just a baby,

Into a toddler with golden curls,

A cute nose you could press like a button,

And persistance that would make our heads do whirls.

Still you kept on growing,

Faster than the weeds.

Into a beautiful little girl,

Helpful with each and every deed.

With a thirst for knowledge beyond your years,

You have learned and taught so much.

You set an example to those around,

Your friends, family, siblings and such.

You're such a blessing to your earthly family,

Your sweet spirit is so neat.

We cant't imagine life without you,

It would feel so incomplete.

As you continue to grow even older,

Life's challenges you will face.

Times will not always be easy,

This world can be a scary place.

Do not let this scare you,

You will never be alone.

Use the Gift of The Holy Ghost,

And all your answers will be shown.

Today you make a promise,

To strive to do what's right.

Always do the best you can,

And keep looking towards the light.

If you make a mistake,

And things aren't going your way.

Use the plan designed for us,

Repent, and try harder the next day.

Don't let these things discourage you,

That is what Satan would like best.

None of us are perfect,

That's why this is called "a test".

Jesse's Made His Own Lunch!!!!!! .......FUNNY!

It was the night of the third day of school and I was in the kitchen making dinner when Jesse informed me that he would make his own lunch for the following school day to help me out. He got out the turkey, bread and mustard (That is all he likes). He squirts a huge heap of mustard right in the middle, throws 2 slices of turkey on and then closes the bread together. I turned my back for a second and when I turned back around he was mowing down on his sandwich that was half way inside of a snack bag. I said "Jesse, it is almost time for dinner, save your sandwich for school tomorrow" He replied back to me, "Mom, I was just making it fit". I laughed my head off, but thought that he was so sweet for trying to make his own sandwich. What a big boy. I told him next time we can get a sandwich bag instead of a snack bag and he said okay and then giggled with me as he ate his sandwich down small enough to get the baggie closed. What a cutie!!! Love you Jesse.
